This November, the Movember Foundation and The Blog FC are teaming up to host the inaugural The Blog FC Movember Charity Cup.

Movember aims to change the face of men’s health and reverse this way of thinking by putting a fun twist on a serious issue. Using the moustache as a catalyst, we want to bring about change and give men the opportunity and confidence to talk about their health more openly.

More than 80 moustachioed men from all across Sydney will come together to participate in the tournament, generate awareness, and most importantly – raise money!

The Competition

• The Blog FC are going to host the inaugural The Blog FC Movember Charity Cup – a 5-a-side futsal competition, on the 25th of November at Sydney University Sports & Aquatic Centre
• The tournament will kick off at 11am and will finish at approximately 330pm
• At the moment we have 8 teams to compete but are looking for more – more teams = more money raised.
• The draw will be similar to a World Cup format – group stage followed by knockout rounds.

The Goal

• Raising a buttload of money for charity
• Having a bunch of moustachioed men galloping round a field = fun!
